I have a small private gym located at my home in a rural setting between Great Yeldham and Toppesfield in North Essex, not to far from the Suffolk Border. I have clients attend exercise classes or personal training on a regular basis from near by towns and villages such as Halstead (CO9), Sudbury (CO10), Haverhill (CB9) and Thaxted (CM6).I exercise and train all levels of fitness, from those very healthy and able to those who have to manage medical conditions such as high blood pressure, MS, arthritis, Osteoporosis, Rheumatoid arthritis, hip and knee replacements, diabetes and depression. Your wellbeing is at the heart of all my sessions.As a personal trainer my role is to design an exercise programme that will help you to remain active as well as gain greater fulfilment and enjoyment from an active life. I have an understanding of the ageing process and its implications for giving exercise-related advice.The smaller classes also offer an opportunity to meet new people and have fun while getting fit.
